Q: I need it sooner, are rush orders available?

Sometimes. If we aren't too busy we can accommodate a rush order. Rush orders are an additional $20CAD. Generally a rush order will bring the production time to around 3-4 weeks. Please contact us prior to purchasing to see if we can do a rush order.

Q: Do you offer padding or other options on your gun slings?

Q: I'm interested in a custom buttstock cover for my gun. How can I order?

Contact us . If you have designs or ideas in mind let us know. We will generally ask you to measure your stock so it is customized to fit perfectly. We have instructions on how to do that on the custom buttstock covers page.

Q: How do I mount a gun sling?

Please refer to the ' mounting the sling ' page for instructions on how to mount your sling. Still not sure how? Contact us , we're happy to help

Q: What are some things I need to have ready before making a custom order?

There are many details involved in custom made items. Some things you can think about before contacting us would be designs, colors, needs or functionality. If you have pictures or drawings of what you may like, feel free to pass them along to us. A picture is worth a thousand words! Not to worry if you're not too sure what you want, we're here to help you and work together to create a custom item you will love.

Q: How do you determine prices on custom orders?

We base our prices on complexity of the custom product, how much materials will cost us, and how long it takes us to make it. We try to make our products as affordable as possible while giving you a high quality, durable product.

Q: Is it possible to get a leather product without scars or imperfection?

Not really. We use full grain leather. We like it because it is the strongest kind of leather. If you were to buff away the imperfections on the top layer of leather, you would be taking away the stronger part of the leather. Besides, we think the scars and imperfections give each product character and uniqueness. Learn more about types of leather

Q: What kind of leather do you use?

The leather we use the most is full grain vegetable tanned leather. However occasionally (or on special request) we use over types of leathers. Learn more at the ' about leather ' page.

Q: I like an item on your web store but I would like to customize it. Can I?

Of course. If it's doable, we will do it. Contact us and we will discuss your options. Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the customization. If it won't take us any more time or materials than usual, we won't charge you extra :).
