You can may be able to make small changes if we have not begun production or have just started. Contact us ASAP if you may want to make a change.
Sometimes. If we aren’t too busy we can accommodate a rush order. Rush orders are an additional $20CAD. Generally a rush order will bring the production time to around 3-4 weeks. Please contact us prior to purchasing to see if we can do a rush order.
We base our prices on complexity of the custom product, how much materials will cost us, and how long it takes us to make it. We try to make our products as affordable as possible while giving you a high quality, durable product.

Not really. We use full grain leather. We like it because it is the strongest kind of leather. If you were to buff away the imperfections on the top layer of leather, you would be taking away the stronger part of the leather. Besides, we think the scars and imperfections give each product character and uniqueness. Learn more about types of leather

There are many details involved in custom made items. Some things you can think about before contacting us would be designs, colors, needs or functionality. If you have pictures or drawings of what you may like, feel free to pass them along to us. A picture is worth a thousand words! Not to worry if you’re not too sure what you want, we’re here to help you and work together to create a custom item you will love.
Of course. If it’s doable, we will do it. Contact us and we will discuss your options. Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the customization. If it won’t take us any more time or materials than usual, we won’t charge you extra :).
Unfortunately, we do not have a storefront at this time. We do most of our transactions online.
We generally do not accept returns or exchanges, especially on custom items. If there is a manufacturing defect then contact us.
